YAAS is a rapidly growing organization made up of young professionals with a lot of passion. We believe in the mission and we believe in hard work. An internship at this organization would give you the unique and incomparable experience of working at a startup during a prime period of growth.
The entire YAAS team works remotely and communicates online. Our internship program gives you the flexibility to gain serious work experience and the chance to taking on major responsibilities at the organization, all while balancing and maintaining other aspects of your life.
Internship requirements are flexible based on your availability, but any internships for credit at a school or university will come with greater expectations.

As an executive intern, you would work closely with Morgan and the nonprofit board of YAAS to maintain internal operations and focus on 2021 planning and development.
As a development intern, you would work closely with Morgan and the members of the development team to expand and solidify the YAAS donor base, giving us the power to grow and have even greater impact on the minds of our peers on the issue of socialism.
As a social media intern, you would work closely with the leadership of the organization to (1) get creative making new YAAS content and (2) ensure YAAS content reaches as many young, American eyeballs as possible. This includes planning launches of YAAS testimony videos, planning and budgeting social media influencers, building partnerships for sharing content, and coordinating rapid response content to current events to ensure we are leading the conversation online.

As a media relations intern, your focus will be to assist leadership in coordinating interviews and media opportunities for the organization to (1) keep our anti-socialist message leading the conversation in news and current events, (2) spread the general word of our mission, and (3) promote individual projects and testimony videos.
As a graphic design intern, we welcome you to collaborate with YAAS leadership on current and future projects to create fresh and appealing graphics that help promote our mission, including graphics for: merchandise, website, pamphlets, fundraising documents, advocacy materials, and social posts.
We welcome creativity at our organization, and would gladly help you grow your experience and skillset on our team.
As a video intern, you would work closely with our lead producer, Gina Pell, and the rest of the team to (1) concept video ideas and (2) edit the footage in post-production. We value creativity and would love your input on content moving forward!
